Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, simply send an email to support@instalink.de within 14 days of your purchase and include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used at checkout

  • Your order number or transaction reference

Once we receive your request, we will process your refund in full.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

After 14 days, refunds are no longer available.

If your purchase was processed by Paddle.com, refunds will be handled in accordance with Paddle’s standard refund procedures.
